We start by looking at how your business currently runs. What’s working. What’s clunky. What’s living in your head. From there, I help put structure in place so things feel more organised and easier to manage day to day.
That might include improving systems, sorting out tech, improving the customer journey, tightening up processes or supporting client delivery. Often it’s a mix of all of those. I stay involved so things don’t slip back into being overcomplicated or reliant on you holding everything together.
